The 'green energy transition' is an impossibility.  Don't buy into it.  Don't even think it's going to happen.

Let's review.  

In order to have electric devices; from cars to refrigerators, there has to be copper, lithium, cobalt, graphite, and many other Rare Earth Elements.

All of those things have to be mined.

Newsome and all the rest can pass all the laws they want.  Either people are going to have their electricity bills, rise 600%, or there will be rolling blackouts, or energy rationing, or the "green" and "renewable" energy change won't happen.

Your politicians are ignoring chemistry, math and physics.  The aren't following the Science!.

The first wave of the green energy transition movements in the USA and the EU demand more copper than exists in the world today.

For those of you who need evidence, here it is.  Invest your funds accordingly (I'm long everything I can in the Energy sector, as well as the Gov't idiocy sector), and position your life around what is real.

Why You LOSE

Irina Slav has a great substack on energy.  It's helped keep me informed, as well as helping my investing $$$ bottom line.

Here is her latest:

Germany is about to freeze this winter, their energy costs are spiking in ways heretofore unseen ... and young people are protesting using Liquid Natural Gas LNG to stay warm.  

Psychologically, this is amazing. The evidence, the proof, that fossil fuels are going nowhere is rampant.  Irina Slav is looking for answers within the psychology discipline.  She found some. 

Here statement here is what caught my eye.  It's why any rational, staid, conservative movement fails:

This is why rational, nominally conservative people lose. The leftist lizard brain, progressive mindset is to use fact free rhetoric, fear, and whatever else it takes to get their way across, or gain power. While you're caring about getting it right, or carefully analyzing the issue, they are OK with children crying and fearmongering the younger population to their ends. These are sick people, and deserve to be isolated and shunned. But the leftist / enviro loon has learned that you will bend the knee if they call you a name. Pick one - it works to get you to acquiesce (proverbially).

Do you think the name calling doesn't work?  Calling someone a "climate denialist" obviously does work, or they wouldn't do it.  The Prometheans want you sick, stupid, broke, and afraid.  In Germany, they've added 'frozen' and 'powerless'.  The German people, under those conditions, will accept anything, just to make the misery stop. Unless things change quickly over there, things will become quite dire.

That's how they do it.  That's why you lose.

SPAIN: Have Fun Staying HOT

Spain is imposing rules as to how you must control the temperature indoors.

So you can 'cool' your public building to 80 degrees F.  Nice.  So refreshing.

Also in place for the winter is you will you be allowed to heat your public area to the mid 60 degrees F.  So toasty.

Think about it.  This is a first world country, one that formerly controlled much of the Western Hemisphere, toppled the entire mesoamerican dynasty, and has a thriving tourism industry.  Spanish history is filled with glory and conquest. Now they're limiting energy so they can keep the lights on.

Soon these rules will be applied to people's homes.  It's only a matter of time.  

Germany is already going down this path.  They're running out of firewood, burning coal like it's going out of style (so GREEN!!), and just recently decided to recommission some of their nuclear fleet.  For them it's all about the winter.  Germany: Have fun staying COLD.

I think the ruling class there doesn't want to get Sri Lanka'd.

We'll see how things go for the next 2 months in Spain.  It's really hot there in August.

The REAL Insurrection: Sri Lanka COLLAPSES

What is required at this time in history is real talk.  Vox Popoli says it here:

He's mentioning this because the seeds of what you see above in Sri Lanka are being planted in the West.  Switzerland has realized that the looming gas shortage is going to be at such a serious level, people will freeze or starve.  Germany is now not only burning coal, but you can't find a wood stove or firewood if your life depended on it (which in 4 months it will).

The globalists who Donald Trump talked about are in the process of trying to manage the destruction of the Modern West, while maintaining power, and rebuilding the ruins in the vision they see as heaven on earth.

Does that sound religious?  It should.  Only zealotry explains the decisions to ban / limit wood burning in NY or NYC.  Remember, NY isn't Sri Lanka. However, the mindset and the globalist puppetry decision-making is the same.

Sri Lanka is the canary in the coal mine.  Get a landing place outside of the city.

World War III: Cow FART Catalyst

Remember how you laughed at the 'conspiracy theorists' and their kooky ideas about how the New World Order wanted to institute a depopulationist agenda?  How Agenda 21 and the co-opting of the once proud and legit environmentalist movement was a move toward not only world government, but also creating a docile, manageable number of Useless Eaters? (That's what they call you by the way).

All of this is currently right in front of everyone, first row, out in the open - which is always the best place to hide something.  Witness:

Here's the setup.  A group of unelected bureaucrats, supported by no-one, has decided to fight "climate change" by seeing to it that the farmers in the Netherlands reduce their nitrogen pollution.

Isn't 80% of the atmosphere already nitrogen?  Ms. Goldstein taught me that in 7th grade science at JHS 167.  But the EU rules say that it's 'pollution' and it needs to be reduced.  Because it will affect the climate and global warming.

If you have to give up your heritage farm that's been in the family for generations, well, so what?  Aren't you aware of the Climate Crisis?  A bureaucrat in Brussels, unelected, beholden to no one, totally unaccountable for bad decisions, knows what is best.  

Here's the best part: They fly around on private jets, eat meat, stay in the best hotels, get the best health care, all the while telling the Useless Eaters (you) how you will own nothing and like it. By 'own nothing' they mean your farm in the Netherlands, or your nice house, or electricity for your iPhone, or really anything they deem unnecessary.  Even you.  You've probably cut a huge fart sometime in the last 24 hours or so.  Wouldn't want to contribute to Global Warming now, would you?

Now that I'm thinking about it, there's an even better part.  As the Neo Liberal Rules Based World Order collapses, they are attempting to manage the decline while staying in power.  The fact that people in emerging economies are suffering and dying is irrelevant.  You thought your BIPOC status would save you?  Even the BIPOC are to bend the knee, suffer and grovel before their betters:

The same scene can be found in Peru and Sri Lanka.

There is a food crisis, rampant inflation, supply chain disruptions, a lack of energy of all kinds ... and the bureaucrats in the EU, as well as the FedGov of the USA wants to throttle all of those things more ... to help the "Climate"?

I'm not sure how to explain to any adult, or competent child, that these people don't care about the 'climate' any more than they care about your health or livelihood.  To think that these bureaucrats care about the weather, so that you will be healthy and OK, while witnessing what is going on in the world is a frame of mind reserved for the intellectually bereft.

The Dutch are fighting back.  Russia has already shown that it will fight back, soon to be followed by China.  Brazil, Indonesia, India, much of Eastern Europe, as well as large sections of Africa and South America will easily see that starvation and death in an electricity-free world is not an equal trade off for fighting "nitrogen pollution" or "climate change".

India has already show the way.  John Kerry flew in last year on his private jet to explain to the Indians what they needed to do save the planet: set goals for NetZero.

India's answer?  It went something like this:  

"NetZero is some kind of silly buzzword repeated by people who used oil, coal and gas to achieve first world status.  We don't have a 'climate' problem, we have a poverty and hunger problem, so take your goals and tell them to some clod in The West who actually buys your line of bull.  We're going to do THIS":

That's right.  7000 Megawatts of new coal fired power.  Think about that while you take your biodegradable food trash outside in the rain to the mulch container ... to save the planet from climate change.

MOAR COAL

Remember the "climate change is an existential threat!" talking point in 2018-2019?  It was temporarily removed during the Novel Coronavirus Era - shoved to the side and completely ignored until that Narrative ran out of steam.

They brought it back slowly, around a year ago.  Then Putin happened.

You know how concerned the EU, the WEF, the UN, and the top brass in the USA are about the climate and carbon emissions?  They've no concern whatsoever.  It has only and always been a way to control you by either making you poorer, or forcing certain laws on you (in the interest of Climate Change of course).

How seriously would you take noted scientist John Kerry flying in on a private jet, lecturing you about Global Warming and carbon emissions, and explaining how you need to stop using fossil fuels?

Exactly.

This latest development lets you know that they are completely full of it:

"... in an effort to save natural gas."

I'll translate: "our people will flip the switch and expect the lights to go on, and to be able to charge their iPhones and go on Social Media.  They will riot and come after us like the people in Sri Lanka if there is no electricity."

The article does not contain the words 'climate change'.  I did ctrl-F just to check.

When it gets cold in the winter, Germany needs natural gas to heat its homes.  55% of natural gas, until a few months ago, was supplied by Russia.  Technically, they are saving natural gas by using coal, but what about the "existential threat?!!" 

Here's the info on the coal fired power station pictured above:

"Neurath Power Station is a lignite-fired power station at Neurath in Grevenbroich, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is located to the south of Grevenbroich, and it borders the municipalities of Rommerskirchen and Bedburg. The power station consists of seven units and it is owned by RWE. It was named as the second biggest single polluter for carbon dioxide emissions in the European Union in 2019 by the EU's Transport and Environment Group."

Germany could reduce its carbon emissions for baseload power to near zero if it wanted.  They have the nuclear power, but are turning it off.  Nuclear is the answer if you're concerned about "climate change", as it emits NO carbon.  You need to realize it's all a game to them - a game for acquisition of your capital and to control you.  There is no noble concern for your health and well being, nor for that of the earth either.

Irina Slav explains how these Noble Priorities vanish, as they were clownish, cloddish canards in the first place:

"Funnily enough, politicians on both sides of the Atlantic continue to talk about the energy transition although the talk increasingly sounds like a scratched record. Look at this press briefing with Energy Secretary Granholm, for example.

All the talk about clean energy being the only way forward certainly seem to be evidence that Granholm has an excellent rote memory but not much else. I especially liked her praise for refiners who have turned their refineries into biofuel production facilities… a day before she met with refiners to ask them to boost oil refining capacity.

Meanwhile, as I mentioned in an earlier post, the EC’s President is calling on people to reduce their thermostats by 2 degrees, apparently forgetting we are in summer now, not in winter, and if we’re talking about energy savings, we should be turning thermostats up. Again, it smacks of an automatic repetition of an idea that has pretty much lost its meaning."

It never had any meaning in the first place.  

At least the German Government has an answer to the whole problem.  They will rhetoric harder.  I'm sure it will make a difference:

"The German government recently called on citizens to cut back their energy use in light of the strained supply situation.

“It’s obviously Putin’s strategy to make us insecure, to drive up prices and divide us,” Mr. Habeck said. “We will not allow that to happen. We will defend ourselves resolutely, precisely and thoughtfully.”"

All the while burning coal, polluting the air, turning off nuclear plants, and ignoring the Inconvenient Truth that coal is the worst offender if you are buying into the 'climate change' Narrative.

Progressives are KILLING IT!

You know how we're all supposed to stop Global Warming by not using fossil fuels?  It turns out that fertilizer is processed using chemicals and natural gas ... lots of them.

The Warmists (the "international community" you read about in all the articles on this topic) somehow got the entire country of Sri Lanka to use regular old style organic fertilizer.  The problem is, it doesn't work at scale, and it led to a food shortage.  This was BEFORE the supply chain issues of today.

The results are catastrophic:

Sri Lanka wanted to virtue signal to the 'international stage' by getting rid of chemical and petrochemical fertilizer.  Now the country is starving, but at least the liberal arts majors posing as climatologists in the WEF and the EU can walk around with smug smiles on their faces knowing that they ... made a difference?

But I guess children starving is ok, as long as you speak the magic spell wordsmithery: "Climate Change".

Apparently, that isn't enough:

Let's look at the beginning of the article again, and process what it says:

"The European Union is divided on how to help poorer nations fight a growing food crisis and address shortages of fertilisers caused by the war in Ukraine, with some fearing a plan to invest in plants in Africa would clash with EU green goals."

"... would clash with EU green goals."

Remember Sri Lanka?  That story is months old.  But the bureaucrats in the EU think it might be a good idea to do the SAME THING in other countries because, well, climate change.

Got that?

Let's have people, mostly the young, old, and infirm, starve to death so that the magic spell Climate Change Goals can be 'achieved'.  If you haven't figured out that these people, who fly around in private jets, eat meat, drive in blacked out SUV's aren't looking out for you or the 'climate', you're stupider than I thought.

I'll end with this.  You know how we're all supposed to be driving electric cars, flying electric planes, eating bugs, and biking to work every day?  Where do you think the extra metals and minerals will come from?  Where does copper for the wiring, batteries, and cables come from?  The cobalt in the batteries?  Lithium?  Any guesses?  If we are to meet the "climate goals" of our overlords, 'netzero by ____' then look at what is necessary in the mining world:

Yes, that means that there will need to be 42 times MORE lithium mined in 2040 than right now, to eliminate fossil fuels from the equation.  The "netzero" fantasy is just that: a fantasy.

That should make you extra upset, as the people you seem to still listen to are willing to starve people in the developing world to death for an unattainable goal.  Guess what those gigantic mining trucks and other equipment use? Diesel.  And where will you get your mine permitted?  No country in the West will go for that - remember Global Warming? There will be none of that. 

You could try South America.

Bolivia has a ton of the resources necessary. Good luck becoming profitable - right up until the socialists in charge take you operation over.  And you'll be using indigenous labor as well.  You good with that?  

Don't even get me started on wind power.  It is a bad joke of an energy source, and the destruction of the environment has already started because of these abominations that aren't even carbon neutral.  How do you think the concrete base and steel towers are made? Where does the copper come from for the wires to connect to the grid?  Haven't we covered this already?:

Like I said, it's all good.  All you have to say, like Harry Potter with his wand, is the magic spell word: ClimateChange! ... and everything stated here is fine.  It's all good.  The Progressive / Liberal / Democratic Party apparatchiks are making a KILLING.  

Eventually, when the costs get so high, people will stop listening to these repellent sickos.  

But not yet.  Apparently more pain is required.

Physics Defeats PLATITUDES

I stole that title from Doomberg.

There are reasons why we are living in this world:

If you decide that you will, as a governmental policy, do what feels good: "fight Climate Change", instead of what is required to run a first world society, you will get a hard lesson in physics.

In order to charge your iPhone, drive around town, fly to your vacation, or flip a switch and turn on the light - you need energy.  If your choice of energy is 'carbon free', then you need what are being called 'renewable energy': namely wind, solar and battery power.

There are two things we are paying for because we don't understand physics.  In order to be 'carbon free' via batteries and renewables, those materials have to be mined from the earth.  The main ingredients for batteries are:

• Copper
• Nickel
• Cobalt
• Lithium
• Graphite

The second thing we are paying for is a lack of investment in fossil fuels during the recent past.  Energy is measured in BTU's, and without enough 'juice', our modern world can't run.  It feels good to say we need 'green' energy, but it isn't realistic, and physics will trump platitudes every day of the week.

Massif Capital just came out with this dirty little secret in its latest letter (emphasis mine):

"The dirty little secret no one tells you is that the carbon free economy is not free of environmental impact, the impact is just different. Your Tesla requires the mining of 90,000 lbs. of material to extract the necessary ore for 1, one-thousand-pound battery. We are not getting rid of environmental impact; we are changing the impact we are having. An important distinction people fail to recognize.

This is an important under-discussed reality. It is well understood what the possible outcome of raising temperatures caused by GHG emissions are, but no one seems to want to discuss the impact of the widely accepted solution. Another example from our paper Failure to Impact:

Building a single 100-MW wind farm requires 30,000 tons of iron ore, 50,000 tons of concrete, and 900 tons of nonrecyclable plastic.[1] A 100 MW solar development requires cement, steel, aluminum, and glass 150% greater than the wind farm.[2] The 1,000-pound lithium-Ion battery one would find in most electric vehicles requires roughly 25 pounds of lithium, 30 pounds of cobalt, 60 pounds of nickel, 90 pounds of copper, 110 pounds of graphite, and 400 pounds of steel, aluminum, and various plastic components.[3] In total, mining firms will need, on average, to extract about 90,000 pounds of ore to produce that volume of useable material, much of which will be extracted using mining trucks that can haul 400 tons of material in a single load and get a sporty 0.3 miles per gallon of diesel."

What this means for the regular person is that our unserious leaders have no idea about physics, nor do they have any idea where stuff comes from.  Not mentioned above is solar energy.  Where is the polysilicon that makes up solar panels coming from?  There are 3 poly silicon plants left in the USA.  China has a stranglehold on that industry now, as the Globalists have hollowed out the manufacturing base here in the U.S.

The so called 'green' movement is continuing to make everything more expensive for you.  Doomberg will provide you with one more example regarding oil:

That was posted in January 2022.  I work with someone who thinks that her high gas prices at the pump are from "greedy oil companies".

I took a shot at explaining to her that those "greedy oil companies" have been blocked at every turn by screeching environmento-malthusians who have zero concept of what it takes to make things work.

I made no progress.  You'd think I'd have learned by now.

Anyway, as you can see from above, the obstruction of oil and gas continues.  Things will continue to get more expensive, and eventually gas here in the USA will cost $6.95 a gallon.

That's going to hurt.  But, as Doomberg tweets regularly about how long it will take to make things change: "More pain required."

The NWO Takes the L

The cracks in the Globalist Rules Based Neoliberal Order (or whatever the current nomenclature is) keep widening and increasing.

Here's one of the biggest shifts, courtesy of Irina Slav, a great writer on the energy markets:

The International Energy Agency is one of these globalist outfits, along with the World Economic Forum, Bank of Int'l Settlements, the UN, who are the ones who we are supposed to look toward for the 'right' information, and in the IEA's case, about energy.

The IEA has, every year except 2020, underestimated the demand for hydrocarbons, particularly oil.  They are always telling us that because of the so called 'green' agenda, the need for oil will subside.

It's almost as if they think if they say it enough, it will come true.

Eventually, reality intervenes.  We are seeing that now.

"Then came the COP26 conference where large oil and gas consumers raced to outcommit each other on emission reductions. Biden’s SPR oil releases started and failed to make a lasting difference in petrol prices. Then Russia invaded the Ukraine and the West started pouring sanctions on Moscow. The oil-producing part of the East, meanwhile, kept quiet and distanced itself from outright public condemnations.

And then, after the latest series of calls for more oil, it appeared that OPEC had had enough.

"I think in COP 26 all the producers felt they were uninvited and unwanted but now we are again superheroes, it’s not going to work like that," the UAE’s Al Mazrouei said earlier this week, as quoted by Reuters. He then went on to explain that OPEC+ needed to replace some 5 to 8 million barrels of oil production daily just to keep output at current levels.

Separately, speaking to CNBC, Al Mazrouei said it was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain order on the oil market and boost production in line with demand.

“For that to happen, we need resources – financial resources – we need to invest and we need to decouple politics from energy availability and energy affordability,” he said."

Here's what happened.  For years, you had everyone demonizing oil and gas.  The Corporate Press, Social Media, and the NPC's (see previous post), were howling about 'clean energy', the 'green' agenda, 'zero emissions', and 'divestment' in the energy sector.  The NY State Teacher's Retirement System made a big show of divesting from oil and gas companies.

Fast forward to today.  Demand for energy is raging.  The COP26 rhetoric is meaningless and forgotten. The EU needs energy - badly.  As demand rises, supply has been curtailed because of the lack of investment.  In other words, the energy sector has been starved of capital, unable to explore or drill, and been told that its product is obsolete.

I'll let you in on a little secret. You will be using oil for the rest of your life.  So will your children. 

Now that prices are skyrocketing, the same people who demonized hydrocarbons have shown up, angry that the supply is low, and prices are high.

OPEC + has simply said we're not taking it anymore.  They started this week by jettisoning the IEA as a source of anything.  They don't even want it to count barrels, or project demand.

Neither China, India, Iran or Russia are on board with the Laptop Class' obsession with renewables.  They are all building more capacity for Oil, Gas, and Nuclear.  They don't care what the weirdos on Twitter have to say.  The irony is that Twitter won't work without electricity.

The battery powered cars, and green energy clownishness not only won't work, it can't work.  Renewables don't produce enough power, and never can.

CALLING for High OIL PRICES

The problem is, no one is taking Biden's calls.  

You heard that right. Whatever gravitas the USA had, is gone.

Saudi Arabia AND the UAE are not even picking up the phone.

Mr. Doshi goes further back than most in analyzing the problem:

Among President Biden’s earliest Executive Orders was one which rescinded the “terrorist organization” designation imposed by the Trump administration on the Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen to push rapprochement with Iran. This led within weeks to a spate of missile and drone attacks by the Houthis in Saudi Arabia. In January, the Houthis carried out an attack with missiles and drones on Abu Dhabi, the capital of the UAE. The recent attacks on Abu Dhabi are the most serious escalation of tensions in the Arabian peninsula since the drone and missile attack carried out on critical Saudi Aramco oil facilities in September 2019 which was also claimed by the Houthis."

The current fake administration doesn't seem to understand how things work.  I realize that the Leftist NWO zeal to destroy the once proud United States is paramount. However, this is simply cloddish and stupid policy.  Not only is this current administration dedicated to "fighting climate change", they are pissing off America's main oil suppliers by encouraging their enemies.

Irina Slav nails the current problem from a slightly different angle:

"This is not a good place to be for a government that bet on a fast transition away from fossil fuels. It is an especially bad place to be in an election year. No wonder, then, that the Biden administration is ready and willing to offer an olive branch to the industry it has pointedly been working against since the start of Biden’s term. It also appears ready to offer an olive branch to countries such as Venezuela and Iran, both sanctioned by the previous administration and with sanctions upheld by this one. Talk about U-turns

At home, the Keystone XL cancellation, which took place on Biden’s first day as U.S. president, the federal land drilling moratorium, the annulment of an oil and gas lease sale that the Department of Interior was more or less forced to hold despite its unwillingness, and the cancellation of another lease sale were all clear signals that the Biden administration will not work with the oil and gas industry… until it had to."

So we are now in a place where not only have the companies that supply America with energy been hamstrung because a teenage girl with a crooked face said 'how dare you!', but also at a time where the president of the United States phone calls don't get answered.

Things are going to get interesting and expensive.  As Irina Slav ends her article: "...if you’ve ever been cold you’d know that when the temperatures drop ideology and climate change anxiety die very quickly."

Russia Will WIN: Energy Edition

As Doomberg says: "Energy is Life".

If you want to know why the noise level on the Russia / Ukraine conflict is at a fever pitch, but the signal and the action have been at mouse fart level, Michael Schellenberger lays it out perfectly:

The math is that simple.  While the Brandenburg Gate was virtue signaling about CO2 (a gas that occurs in nature), Russia has been seeing to it that Europe NEEDS its energy.

It's that simple.  You will be using oil for the rest of your life.  So will your children.  The entire "Green" movement is a stalking horse for the Globalists who fly in private jets all year, and need to guilt you into living with less.

That's why I have the philosophy of You First.  When I see some Hollywood punk lecturing me about 'Climate Change', or some Pop Tart crying and telling me about how she worries about "The Climate and the children!" .... I simply say: You first.

Ditch the huge house.  Never fly on a jet.  Limit yourself to one car.  Then I'll listen.

Until then, it's theater.  Putin understands this.  Anyone with any sense of history understands it.

This person is supposedly a 'leader'.  I can't think of anyone more unserious and stupid.  John Kerry flew to this interview on a private jet.  Think about that while you are paying $5.00 per gallon gas:

Who has GAS?

Doomberg has been writing fantastic posts on his substack.  I am a subscriber and I recommend it highly.

In "Contortion Nation", Doomberg goes into great detail what has happened to the Mountain Valley Pipeline project - a natural gas pipeline in Appalachia:

"Now for the crazy part.

Just days before the event at the White House, US domestic natural gas producers were dealt yet another senseless gut punch when a three-judge panel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit revoked two federally approved permits to complete the critically important Mountain Valley Pipeline project, which is already 94% constructed. 

Naturally, this will make things more difficult for the energy industry, businesses, and regular people here in the USA.  That's the obvious part.

Doomberg ends with this:

"We wish we could close this piece on an uplifting note but are instead exhausted from unfurling the contortions of our political establishment. What’s clear is that we are an unserious people in a do loop of unproductive contradictions rapidly hurling towards parts unknown."

It was the 'unserious' part of this that I took issue with.  I think they're very serious, and I responded with this:

They aren't "unserious" at all. They're very serious. Serious about destroying one of the few reasonably strong nations in the world. Anything to cut America off at the knees will do. This is just one small example. They took over the money supply via the FED (The Creature from Jekyll Island), they got the State Dept after WWII (The Iron Curtain Over America), they destroyed Public School by the 1960's (The Underground History of American Education), and all of these are part of a project to institute ... whatever they're calling it these days.

In the old days it was the NWO. I guess it's "The Great Reset" or "Build Back Better" or some nonsense.

If it hurts America, then it's all good. They aren't stupid, and they're quite happy that Boobus Americanus refuses to accept the fact that people will work together to further their own ends. After all, that's a conspiracy! and everyone in America, while pounding that Budweiser, knows that those things never happen.

The worst thing you can buy into is the stupid saying perpetuated for decades on Conservative Inc. talk radio: never attribute to malice what can be chalked up to stupidity.

Everyone is going NUCLEAR

 First Doomberg, now Quoth the Raven:

The best way to be “first” is to consider all options. Nuclear, which has already been adopted in places like Poland, France and the Czech Republic as key to helping achieve net zero emissions, is likely climbing the list of “green” options for Europe, as well."

People are weirded out about Nuclear Energy for no reason.  Yes, I wrote "no reason".  This was my comment on QTR's great write up:

When HAVEN'T the people at the top of the pyramid looked down on us as Proles? When have they ever looked out for regular people's health and welfare? How's that Roundup Ready GMO High Fructose Corn Syrup tasting right now?

Climate FOLLIES

Once you remember that the hypocrisy is baked in, it's easier to understand.

The COP26 climate conference in Glasgow Scotland was an exercise in tomfoolery.

Here's my favorite part, courtesy of The Manhattan Contrarian:

While your SJW WOKE progressive neighbor is screaming about climate change / climate justice / global warming / CO2, ask him / her / it / Xir if she's ok with paying double or triple for energy, or if she approves of the motorcade pictured above.  You won't get acknowledgement of an incorrect worldview, you'll get equivocation, anger, and word salad.

"They" know this.  Lenin called them 'useful idiots'.  The current version of Lenin calls them 'useless eaters'.  But they serve a purpose.  They are to move the ball forward when it comes to control, power and domination - for Davos Man.

Once I realized that the Global Warming Climate Change 'movement' was a corporate leftist power grab, it made it easier to digest, as I realized what was going on.  The other thing is that it's also a Despair Machine.  People like us are supposed to tear our hair out and scream online about how "don't they realize how hypocritical they are??!!" and "I can't believe they're so STUPID letting this info get out as people can see how ridiculous and fake they are!!".

Of course they know.  And they aren't stupid.

I suspect they enjoy watching the human rabble over which they oversee bicker and snap at each other about the double and triple standards they have put in place for you, vs. the ones they've put in for themselves.

Your job is to see what is happening, and adjust and jockey your position accordingly.  How you are living, where you are living, and around whom are you living plays a big role in all of this.

Energy CRISIS: Real News vs FAKE NEWS

Michael Schellenberger is a progressive who won't get with the program.  He's really good on energy issues.  Naturally, he's on Substack.

Because of the Global Warming Climate Change hysteria hoaxery, there is an energy crisis around the world. 

It took me 30 seconds to find this article, indicative of the shortages and price spikes in energy:

The real culprits are easy to find.  The "green movement" is the vehicle that the Promethean power elite have co-opted in order to realize their world government controlled utopia.  It's the reason why Patrick Moore left Greenpeace, and why Schellenberger regularly writes articles like this:

None of this was difficult to predict.  For chrissakes, the head of Exxon called it before he was fired:

"It’s not like oil and gas executives didn’t know that underinvestment would lead to today’s price shocks. It’s that they were ignored. When the former CEO of Exxon, Lee Raymond, was asked what kept him up at night he said, simply, “Reserve replacement.” Shareholders had demanded he stop investing. In 2020, under pressure from climate activists, JPMorgan Chase, America’s largest investment bank, removed Raymond from his role as the board’s lead independent director."

So now, 'reserve replacement', ie: backup fuel supply, is not there.  And prices are spiking.  The green movement, long corrupt and infiltrated by leftist / socialist forces, has caused a crisis.  (side note: China and India are ignoring the 'greens').

If you don't invest in oil and gas exploration, you won't find any.  That's what's happening now.  Because people have no idea where things come from, or how anything is made, suddenly, there is an energy crisis!

In an unbelievable bit of timing, talent-free midwit writer Tom Friedman showed up to tell the True Believers who read The NY Times what to think.  It is glorious and amazing to witness:
