Quiet QUITTING: Why People are Doing It

Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs talks about Quiet Quitting, and he has a hard edge on the phenomenon.  He does bring up a good point about how student loans are about to be forgiven, but the contractor with the Ford F35 truck isn't getting the truck loan forgiven.

There are other good questions like that that come up during the interview:

Wranglerstar has a softer take on Quiet Quitting.  The younger generation takes a lot of abuse for being 'lazy', but it's not so simple.  There are serious headwinds in Gen Z's face that have to be taken seriously.

Both men bring up doing blue collar work - becoming tradesmen who can fix or operate anything.  Those people are exceedingly valuable.

People think they can make tons of money on Tik Tok being an 'influencer'.  It doesn't work that way.
