Carville, who resembles a desiccated ferret, has been dusted off to promote the Putin! narrative. While that may seem ridiculous to you, you have to realize that the Media and Political Elite do stupid things like this because it works.
There are people out there wishing that Putin and Russia would stop 'meddling in our elections'. They have pushed this idiotic narrative for 3 years to try to take out Trump. Now it's Bernie Sanders' turn. Sanders isn't a total tool of the oligarchs, so they're using the same dumb story now.
