"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."
Why 250 million Americans aren't up in arms against is baffling to me. Perhaps it is a 'test' to see what people will accept - how far they can be pushed. 2 or 3 steps away from this is people being 'searched' because they said something unacceptable to the Powers That Be. Hey wait! you might say - that's the first amendment!!. There has been a movement (it has failed) to take away the second amendment for about the past 60 years, your 4th amendments are being eroded right under your nose. If the PTB want to take the 2nd and 4th away - why not the 1st? As long as people say nothing, it becomes possible.
