I have linked to Delano Squires' work before. He is talking often about culture, particularly black culture. While he's calm and collected in his delivery, he's fearless in what he has to say. Think of him this way: if you were to speak with a black family man from a much earlier era, like the 1950's, this is how he would sound.
Jason Whitlock has him on as a regular guest, and in the video below Delano gives about 40 minutes worth of his backstory. It's worth a listen.
